I am a Licensed Mental Health therapist in New Hampshire and have been providing mental health services to Adults and children for more than 10 years. I aim to help individuals to identify the problem area(s) and work toward finding solutions using a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
